Potatoes Romanoff

Serves 12-14

6-9 cup potatoes, peeled, cooked and cubed
salt to taste
2 cup cottage cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/ 4 cup onion, minced
garlic powder to taste
1/ 2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Sprinkle potatoes with salt. Combine with cottage cheese, sour cream, onion and garlic powder. Pour into an ungreased 1 1/ 2 quart casserole dish. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 F for 40-50 minutes.
