Moms green bean bake

Serves 8

2 (10 3/4 oz) cans cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
pepper to taste
1 lb ground sausage, browned and drained
2 (16 oz) pkg frozen cut green beans
2.8 oz can french fried onions, divided

Combine soup, milk, soy sauce, garlic and pepper in a large bowl; mix well. Stir in sausage; add green beans and stir until evenly coated. Pour half the mixture into a greased 13x9" baking pan; top with half the onions. Spread remaining sausage mixture over onions. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes; sprinkle with remaining onions and bake an additional 5-10 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
