Pork chops and biscuit stuffing

Serves 6
6 pork chops
1 Tbsp oil
10 3/4 oz can cream of chicken soup
1 cup celery, diced
1 cup onion, diced
1/4 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp poultry seasoning
1 egg
12 oz tube refrigerated biscuits
Brown pork chops in oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Arrange chops in a greased 13x9" baking pan; set aside. Combine remaining ingredients except biscuits in a mixing bowl; set aside. Using a pizza cutter, cut each biscuit into 8 pieces. Fold into soup mixture and spoon over chops. Bake at 350 F for 45-55 minutes until biscuits are golden.
