Sweet Potato Bake

Serves 4-6

2 sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced
3 apples, cored, peeled and sliced
1 lb ground sausage, browned and drained
2 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp all purpose flour
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup water

Arrange sweet potatoes, apples and sausage in a greased 2 quart casserole dish. Combine remaining ingredients; spoon over top. Cover and bake at 375 F for 50-60 minutes or until sweet potatoes and apples are tender.
