Kielbasa Mac and Cheese
Category: Best ever casseroles
Serves 4-6
7 oz pkg macaroni and cheese, cooked
1 lb Kielbasa sausage, sliced
10 3/4 oz can cream of chicken soup
1/3 cup milk
2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
Optional: dried parsley or cayenne pepper to taste
Prepare macaroni and cheese according to package directions. In a large mixing bowl, combine sausage, prepared macaroni and cheese, soup, milk, and half the Cheddar cheese. Mix well; pour into a greased 1 ½ quart casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese, sprinkle with parsley or cayenne pepper, if desired. Bake at 350 F for approximately 30 minutes or until heated through.
