Hamburger pie

Serves 6-8

1 1/2 lbs ground beef
5 potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 onion, sliced
10 3/4 oz can cream of mushroom soup
10 3/4 oz can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup water
salt and pepper to taste

Shape beef into walnut sized balls; flatten and arrange in a lightly greased 13x9 inch baking pan. Layer with potatoes; top with onion. Set aside. Combine soups and water; pour over potato mixture. Cover; bake at 375 F for one hour.
