Mexi-bean dip

Serves 2

1/2 cup canned refried beans
1/2 cup salsa
1/2 cup grated medium Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup salted, roasted shelled pumpkin seeds
24 tortilla chips

Put the beans into the bowl. Use the back of the spoon to spread them evenly on the bottom of the bowl. Spread the salsa on the beans. Sprinkle with the cheese. Microwave, covered, on high for about 2 1/2 minutes until the beans are bubbling along the edge of the bowl. Place the bowl on the plate.
Sprinkle the pumpkin seeds on top of the cheese. Arrange the tortilla chips on the plate around the bowl. Microwave on high for 30 seconds to warm the chips.
