Fiesta pizza

Serves 1

1 (9 inch) flour tortilla
1/4 cup salsa
1/3 cup chopped cooked chicken
1/4 cup canned kernel corn, drained
1/2 cup grated jalapeno Monterey Jack cheese

Place the oven rack in the center position. Turn the oven on to 425. Place the tortilla on the baking sheet. Use the back of the spoon to spread the salsa on the tortilla.
Scatter the chicken and corn on top of the salsa. Sprinkle with the cheese. Bake for about 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling. Remove the baking pan from the wire rack. Let stand for 5 minutes. Turn the oven off.
