1 cup chopped cantaloupe
3/4 cup tropical fruit juice
1/3 cup peach dessert tofu
1/4 cup fresh (or frozen) blueberries
Put the cantaloupe, fruit juice and tofu into a blender. Cover with a lid. Process until smooth. Pour into a bowl. Scatter the blueberries over top.
