Under the sea taco

Serves 1

3 fish sticks
1 (9 inch) whole wheat flour tortillas
2 Tbsp sour cream
2 Tbsp Grated monterey jack cheese
1/4 cup shredded lettuce, lightly packed
2 Tbsp salsa

Cook the fish sticks on the baking sheet according to the directions on the package. Set aside. Turn the oven off.
Place the tortillas on the plate. Spread the sour cream in the center of the tortilla. Place the fish sticks; side by side, on the top 1/2 of the tortilla. The fish sticks should point to the top of the tortilla. Top them with the remaining 3 ingredients. Fold the bottom of the tortilla up over the filling. Fold the sided over the filling.
