Serves 6-8
12 oz pkg wide egg noodles, cooked
3/4 lb pasteurized processed cheese spread, melted
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
2 (10 3/4 oz) cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp butter, melted
Combine all ingredients except crumbs and butter in a large bowl. Mix well; pour into greased 13x9 inch baking pan and set aside. Combine bread crumbs and butter; mix well to coat and sprinkle over chicken mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
