Georgian Cheese Grits

Serves 12
6 cup water
1 1/2 cup quick cooking grits, uncooked
3/4 cup butter
16 oz pkg pasteurized process cheese spread, cubed
2 tsp seasoned salt
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce
3 eggs, beaten
Bring water to a boil and a medium saucepan; stir in grits. Reduce heat to low; cover and cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add butter, cheese, seasoned salt and sauces. Continue cooking and stirring for 5 minutes, until cheese is melted. Remove from heat; let cool slightly and fold in eggs. Pour into a lightly greased 13x9 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour, or until top is golden.
