Serves 12
3 (4 oz) cans diced green chilies
16 oz pkgs Monterey Jack Cheese, sliced
1 dozen eggs
2 cups sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
Spoon chilies into greased 13x9 inch baking pan; top with cheese. Set aside. Beat eggs and sour cream together; pour over cheese. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes
