Serves 10-12

1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup all purpose flour
6 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
16 oz pkg Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
3 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
2 cup cottage cheese
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar

Melt butter in a saucepan; add flour. Cook and stir until smooth; beat in the remaining ingredients. Stir until well blended; pour into a greased 13x9 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
