Sweet summer fruit smoothie

Category: Beverages

1 (8 oz) container low fat yogurt
1 1/2 cups (peeled, sliced) ripe peaches, nectarines or other fruit
2 Tbsp honey
1/4 cup wheat germ

Place all ingredients in a blender container; cover. Blend or process on high about 1 minute or until smooth. Pour smoothie into 2 glasses and, if desired, sprinkle with wheat germ.
