Seasoned pan Fried club steaks

Serves 2

2 (4-6 oz) cube steaks
paprika
salt
pepper
flour
1 1/2 Tbsp butter
1 1/2 Tbsp vegetable oil
SAUCE:
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 1/2 Tbsp parsley
1/2 tsp dried terragon

Season steaks with paprika, salt and pepper on both sides. Dust with flour. Heat butter and oil in skillet and brown steaks over medium high heat on both sides (about 3 minutes per side). Combine sauce ingredients and pour over steaks.
