Meatloaf

1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 cup bread crumbs
1 small onion
1 tsp salt
1 egg
8 oz tomato paste
1/3 cup milk
1/4 tsp pepper

Mix beef, 1/2 of tomato paste and the remaining ingredients thoroughly. Spread into lightly greased loaf pan. Top with remaining tomato paste (and brown sugar, if desired) and bake at 350 F for 75 minutes.
