Beef Stroganoff Bake

Ready in 30 minutes

1 (40 oz) pkg Stouffers frozen skillet sensations beef stroganoff Family meal, prepared
2 Tbsp butter or margarine
1/2 cup sliced onions
1 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 cups crushed herb seasoned stuffing
Melt butter in medium skillet over medium heat; add onion. Cook until lightly browned. Add cream cheese, stir until melted. Remove skillet from heat. Add stuffing. Stir to coat with cream cheese. Combine beef stroganoff and mushrooms in a large oven safe skillet. Cover; cook over high heat 3 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with stuffing. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until stuffing is lightly browned.
