Baked Chicken Breasts Supreme

Serves 12
6 (12 oz) broiler fryer breasts
2 cups sour cream
1/4 cup lemon juice
4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
4 tsp celery salt
2 tsp paprika
4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 1/4 cups dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup shortening
4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Cut chicken breasts in half. In large bowl, combine sour cream with lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, celery salt, paprika, garlic, salt and pepper. Add chicken to this mixture, coating each piece well. Let stand, covered in refrigerator overnight. Next day to serve, preheat oven to 350 F. Remove chicken from sour cream mix, roll in crumbs; coating evenly. Arrange a single layer in large shallow baking pan. Melt butter, add shortening and pour 1/2 over chicken. Bake chicken, uncovered for 45 minutes; spoon rest of butter mix over chicken and continue baking for 10-15 minutes, or until chicken is tender and nicely browned.
