12 servings instant potatoes
2 (4 oz) cartons cream cheese whip
2 eggs, beaten
4 Tbsp chopped green onion
2 tsp parsley
Grease baking dish. Mix all ingredients. Dot with 1 Tbsp butter. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 400 F for 30 minutes.
