Broccoli casserole

1 (10 oz) package of frozen broccoli cooked as directed
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 stick margarine
1 1/2 cup minute rice cook as directed
1 small jar Cheese Whiz
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
grated Cheddar cheese

Cook celery and onion in margarine until tender. Mix cheese whiz with prepared rice. Mix all ingredients except cheese. Put in casserole and top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 F for 30-45 minutes or until bubbly.
