1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
1/2 lb pasteurized processed American cheese
2-3 canned chopped green chilies
3/4 cup chopped pecans
Soften cream cheese and add to grated American cheese and chilies. Chill, then roll into a log and roll in nuts.
