Cheddar Cheese Ball

Serves 8-10

4 cups finely shredded cheddar cheese
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp horseradish (optional)
3 dashes Tabasco sauce
salt and pepper

Combine all ingredients. Chill on serving board; garnish with chopped nuts or parsley.
