Special Dinner Rolls

Makes 18 rolls
1 package dry yeast
1 Tbsp sugar
1/4 cup warm water
1 cup milk, scalded, cooled
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup melted butter
3 eggs, well beaten
1/2 cup sugar
3 1/2 to 4 cups flour
Dissolve yeast and 1 Tbsp sugar in warm water in large bowl. Add milk, salt, butter, eggs and 1/2 cup sugar; mix well. Add enough flour to make soft dough. Place in greased bowl, turning to grease surface. Let rise in warm place for 5-6 hours or in refrigerator overnight. Shape as desires; place in greased baking pan. Let rise until doubled in bulk. Bake at 325 F for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
