Hominy Casserole

Serves 6

2 (16 oz) cans yellow hominy, drained
1 (4 oz) can chopped green chilies
1 (2 oz) jar chopped pimento
2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream

Combine all ingredients in bowl; mix well. Spoon into buttered 2 quart casserole. Bake, covered, at 350 F for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until bubbly.
