Creamy scalloped Potatoes

Serves 12

6 medium potatoes, sliced
3 Tbsp margarine
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3 Tbsp flour
2 1/2 cup milk

Layer potatoes, margarine, onion, seasonings and flour alternately in baking dish until all ingredients are used. Pour milk over layers. Bake at 425 F for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
