Serves 4

2 egg whites
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 large sweet yellow onion, cut into rings
1/3 cup dry bread crumbs

Combine egg whites, salt and pepper in bowl; mix well. Dip onion rings into egg mixture. Coat with bread crumbs. Place in single layer on baking sheet. Bake at 450 F for 10 minutes or until golden.
