Fiesta Casserole

Serves 8

1 1/2 lb ground beef
1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce
pepper to taste
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup macaroni, cooked
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 can tomato soup
1 soup can milk
1/2 cup bread crumbs

Brown ground beef in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain. Stir in next 7 ingredients. Layers macaroni, ground beef mixture and cheese alternately in greased 2 quart casserole until all ingredients are used. Mix soup and milk in bowl. Pour oven casserole. Sprinkle bread crumbs over top. Bake at 350 F for 30-40 minutes or until heated through.
