Fajitas

Serves 12

1 lb top round steak, cut into thin strips
3 Tbsp red wine vinegar
3 Tbsp oil
1 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp cumin
12 (6 inch) flour tortillas
juice of 1/2 lime

Combine steak strips with vinegar, oil, garlic salt and cumin in bowl; mix well. Marinate for 20 minutes or longer. Wrap tortillas in damp cloth. Warm in 350 F oven for 10-15 minutes. Drain steak strips. Stir fry in skillet for 1-2 minutes or until tender. Sprinkle with lime juice. Spoon onto warm tortillas. Top with Guacamole and picante sauce. Roll to enclose filling.
