Sesame Fish fillets

Serves 4
1 Tbsp sesame seed
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
3 Tbsp orange juice
1 Tbsp Brandy
1 tsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp ginger
4 fillets of sole or flounder
1 Tbsp slivered green onion
Heat sesame seed in small saucepan until golden, stirring frequently; set aside. Combine teriyaki sauce, orange juice, Brandy, sesame oil and ginger in bowl; mix well. Rinse fish fillets; pat dry. Fold fillets in half crosswise; place each on 12 inch square of heavy foil. Drizzle with teriyaki sauce mixture. Sprinkle with sesame seed and green onion. Fold foil to enclose fish, sealing well. Grill 5 inches from medium hot coals for 10-12 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
