Broiled Deviled Hamburger patties

Serves 4

1 lb lean ground beef
2 tsp minced onion
2 tsp horseradish
1/4 cup ketchup
1 1/2 tsp prepared mustard
1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
Pinch of pepper

Combine all ingredients in bowl; mix well. Shape into patties. Place on broiler rack. Broil 3 inches from heat source for 3 minutes on each side.
