Ranch beef and noodle skillet

1 packet (8 oz) wide egg noodles, dry
1 packet (1 oz) ranch salad dressing and seasoning mix
1 lb ground been, cooked and drained
1 jar (4.5 oz) mushrooms, drained
1 container (8 oz) sour cream
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
sliced green onions (optional)

Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and combine with seasoning and salad dressing mix, ground beef, mushrooms, sour cream and milk. Cook and stir until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with cheese. Garnish with green onions, if desired.
