Grilled cheese stuffed jalapenos

Serves 4
Ready in 25 minutes
8 jalapenos (3/4 lb)
1 cup shredded jack cheese (4 oz)
4 Tbsp spicy ranch salad dressing
4 tsp KC masterpiece spicy original BBQ sauce
Mix cheese on a heated grill; roast about 4 minutes per side or until peppers begin to blister. Remove from heat and allow to cool about 10 minutes.
Reserving stem end, cut chilies in half lengthwise and remove seeded sore. Spoon cheese mixture into chilies. Arrange stuffed chilies in a small heatproof skillet or pan. Return to grill and heat 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Drizzle with KC masterpiece spicy original BBQ sauce.
