CHICKEN:
1 1/2 lbs. chicken breast
1 cup Ranch dressing
2 cups breadcrumbs

DIPPING SAUCE:
1/4 cup Ranch dressing
1/4 cup mustard, honey and brown sugar to taste

Preheat oven to 400 F.
Cut chicken breasts into 2-inch pieces. Coat chicken in Ranch. Dredge chicken in breadcrumbs. Place on greased baking sheet and cook for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
For dipping sauce, mix Ranch with mustard. Add honey or brown sugar to taste.
