Tune up tuna salad

2 cans (6 oz) Albacore, solid white tuna in spring water, drained
1/2 cup Ranch dressing
1/2 cup diced celery
1/4 cup diced green onions
8 slices sandwich bread

Mix tuna with ranch, celery and onions in a bowl. Spread salad evenly on 4 slices of bread; top with remaining slices.
