1 lb ground beef
1/3 cup ketchup
2 cup water
1 package (12 oz) Velveeta shells and cheese
Brown meat in large skillet; drain. Stir in water, ketchup and shell macaroni. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium low; cover.
Simmer 10 to 12 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Add Velveeta cheese sauce; stir until melted.
