Boiled dressing

fry 2 strips of bacon and put bacon on a paper towel to drain. Blend until smooth.
1 beaten egg
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. ground mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 cup vinegar
2 cup hot water or milk
Pour mixture into bacon fat and bring to a boil. Turn down heat and beat with egg beater while boiling gently for 1 minute. Taste and correct seasoning. Crumble bacon in dressing.
