Spaghetti Casserole with Ground Chuck

1 1/2 pounds ground chuck
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 cloves garlic
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can water
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
2 Tbsp chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 (8 oz.) box spaghetti, cooked and drained
1/2 cup sharp cheese chunks
1 (14 oz.) jar black olives
3/4 cup grated cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Brown ground chuck, drain. Add, bell peppers, onion, celery, garlic, mushroom soup, water, tomatoes, chili powder and salt and pepper and simmer for 2 hours. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Combine meat sauce, spaghetti, chunks of cheese and olives in 3-quart casserole dish.
Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake 15-20 minutes or until bubbly.
