Strawberry Bread

Serves 15

3 eggs
1 1/4 cup oil
2 cup sugar
3 cup flour
1 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp cinnamon
2 (10 oz) packages frozen strawberries, thawed
1 1/4 cup chopped nuts

Combine eggs, oil and sugar in mixer bowl; beat until smooth. Add dry ingredients; mix well. Stir in strawberries and nuts. Spoon into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 F until bread tests done. Cool on wire rack.
