Broccoli Casserole

Serves 12

1 1/2 cup minute rice
1 cup boiling water
1 pkg frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup margarine
1 can mushroom soup
1 small jar of cheez whiz

Cook rice according to package directions. Pour boiling water over broccoli in bowl. Let stand for several minutes; drain. Saute onion and celery in margarine in skillet. Add broccoli, rice and remaining ingredients.
Spoon into baking dish. Bake at 350 F for 30-40 minutes or until bubbly.
