Deviled Egg casserole

Serves 8-12

12 hard boiled eggs
3 Tbsp mayonnaise
2 Tbsp prepared mustard
2 tsp vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup melted butter
2 cup milk
Dash of hot sauce
1/8 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 (4 oz) jar mushroom caps, drained
8-12 oz cooked shrimp (optional)
1 cup (or more) shredded sharp cheese

Cut eggs into halves lengthwise; remove yolks. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper in bowl. Spoon into egg whites. Place in 9x13-inch baking dish.
Blend flour with melted butter in saucepan. Add milk. Cook until mixture thickens, stirring constantly. Stir in hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, mushrooms and shrimp. Pour over eggs. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 F for 30-40 minutes or until bubbly.
