Strawberry Daiquiri Pie

Serves 10
Ready in 3-4 hours

Graham cracker (crushed to make crumbs)
50 g White sugar
50 g Butter, unsalted (melted)
300 g Strawberry, frozen (defrosted with juice reserved)
1 can (397g) Sweetened condensed milk
500 ml Strawberry Ice cream
50 ml Lime juice, fresh
1/2 tsp Lime zest
250 g Strawberry (washed)

Mix together the Graham Cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter. Press into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch (23cm) deep pie plate. Chill in freezer.
Combine the defrosted strawberries and juice, NESTLE sweetened condensed milk, NESTLE strawberry ice cream, lime juice and zest in a food processor or blender. Process until smooth.
Pour into the prepared crust, cover with plastic food wrap. Freeze for 3-4 hours before serving.
Serve with fresh strawberries.
