Spaghetti Sauce

Serves 4-6
1 lb ground beef
1 lb Italian sausage
2 slices bacon, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
2 Tbsp oil
1 can stewed tomatoes 1 can tomato sauce
1 small can tomato paste
2 Tbsp chopped parsley
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp basil
1/4 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
Brown ground beef and sausage in skillet, stirring until ground beef and sausage are crumbly; drain and set aside. Fry bacon in saucepan until crisp. Remove bacon with slotted spoon, reserving drippings.
Saute onion and celery in oil and reserved drippings in saucepan; drain. Add tomatoes and remaining ingredients; mix well. Simmer for 1 hour or to desired consistency, stirring occasionally. Stir in ground beef, sausage and bacon.
