Serves 6

1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb ground pork
2 eggs, beaten
2/3 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp thyme
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2/3 cup water

Combine beef, pork, eggs, Parmesan cheese, oregano and thyme in a bowl; mix well. Shape into small balls. Brown in skillet; drain. Blend soup and water in bowl. Pour over meatballs. Simmer for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley.
