Enchilada casserole

1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2/3 cup Milnot
1 can hot enchilada sauce
12 corn tortillas
1 lb shredded cheese

Brown ground beef and onion in skillet, stirring until beef is crumbly; drain. Stir in soup, Milnot and enchilada sauce. Simmer for 20 minutes. Layer meat sauce, tortillas and cheese 1/2 at a time in 9x13-inch baking dish. Bake, covered with foil, at 350 F for 30.
