Serves 4-6
1 can Ranch style beans
1 small onion, shopped
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
8 oz Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 small pkg corn chips, crushed
1/2 bottle of Catalina salad dressing
Combine beans and chopped vegetables in bowl; mix well. Add cheese and corn chips. Pour dressing over salad; mix lightly.
