Party sausage balls

Makes 3 dozen

2 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 lb hot pork sausage
2 1/2 cup butter milk baking mix

Combine cheese and sausage in bowl; mix well with hands until well blended. Add baking mix; mix well.
Shape into marble-sized balls; arrange on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 325 F for 30 minutes or until cooked through. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot or at room temperature.
