Bacon Roll ups

Serves 25

25 slices mixed grain sandwich bread
1 Tbsp milk
6 oz cream cheese, softened
25 slices bacon

Trim crusts from bread. Mix milk and cream cheese in a bowl until smooth. Spread 1 scant tsp cream cheese mixture on each bread slice.
Roll bread tightly to enclose filling. Wrap 1 piece bacon around each roll; secure with toothpick. Place on rack in baking pan. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes or until crisp.
