Peach Cobbler

Serves 10-12

1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2-1/3 cup milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cup sliced peaches
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Add milk and vanilla; mix well. Pour into 9x13-inch baking dish. Spread peaches over batter. Sprinkle with 3/4 cup sugar. Dot with butter. Bake at 425 F for 30-45 minutes or until bubbly and light brown.
