Cornbread dressing

Serves 6

1 (8x8-inch) pan corn bread
2 slices dry white bread
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
2 Tbsp chopped green pepper
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp celery salt
1/2-1 tsp sage
4 hardboiled eggs, chopped
4 cup turkey or chicken broth
1 egg, beaten

Crumble corn bread and white bread into bowl. Add vegetables, seasonings and hardboiled eggs; toss into mix. Add broth; mix well. Adjust seasonings. Stir in egg. Pour into greases 9x12-inch baking pan.
Bake at 375 F for 40 minutes or until crusty. Serve with chicken or turkey.
